The RO System works on the principle of reverse osmosis, also known as hyperfiltration. One of the finest techniques for treating water, reverse osmosis, eliminates contaminants from water, thus making it fit for drinking purposes and other commercial and industrial applications. The RO system 1000 LPH is provided with a sediment pre-filter and an activated carbon filter as the membranes are degraded by chlorine, bacterial attack, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, and iron. Advanced models of RO systems.

CLARIFIER

Shivsu Canadian Clear can design, manufacture, and supply clarifiers as per customer requirements. A clarifier is a unit that is provided to reduce the escape of suspended solids and biomass from the sewage. It consists of a circular or rectangular tank with a clarifier arm to scrape down the settled sludge through the sloped hopper to the sludge pit, from where it is taken to the sludge treatment units.

Lamella CLARIFIER/TUBE SETTLER

Shivsu Canadian Clear can design, manufacture, and supply Lamella Clarifiers and Tube Settlers as per customer requirements. The Lamella Clarifier/Tube Settler is a physical unit that is provided to remove suspended solids from wastewater. The flocs that form in the flocculator are allowed to settle down by means of gravity settling.

It consists of rectangular tubes or plates that are placed at an inclination with respect to the horizontal. When the wastewater is allowed to pass through the tubes or plates, water tends to move up while the solids naturally move down because of gravity. The settled solid is collected in the sludge pit at the bottom of the tank, and it is taken to the sludge treatment units.
We offer prefabricated units in MS-FRP and in civil-based systems.

DAF System (Dissolved Air Floatation)

Shivsu Canadian Clear can design, manufacture, and supply DAF systems as per customer requirements. A dissolving air floatation system is a physical unit that is provided to achieve nil TSS. FeCl3 (ferric chloride), along with alum and polyelectrolyte, is dozed to support flocculation and sedimentation of total suspended solids. DAF equipment is particularly successful in paper mills, tanneries, and other industries. We offer prefabricated units in MS-FRP and in civil-based systems.

PRESSURE SAND FILTERS:

Shivsu Canadian Clear Silver Stream filters provide crystal clear water with a turbidity level of less than 2 to 3 mg/l on the Silica scale. Horizontal and vertical filters are available in a complete range and sizes up to 3600mm dia. The normal filtering medium employed is clean, sieved, and graded quartz and fine sand. For applications like iron removal and chlorine reduction, special-type filter media are available.

A wide range of chemical dozing equipment is specially designed by Shivsu Canadian Clear for specific water quality requirements. For the mineral water industry, special TSS and absorption filters are designed to meet the specific water quality level.

OZONE is the most powerful commercial oxidant in the World. It has been used primarily as for water disinfecƟons and malodorous off-gases from water & waste water treatment plants. Ozone must be generated on site for immediate use, this is best done through an ozone generator. The advantage of ozone for commercially treaƟng waste water is that it destroys bacteria, inhibits algae growth and reduces scaling. It has a faster reacƟon rate than chemicals and only oxidaƟon not chlorinaƟon takes place.

The oxygen gas or air from the preparatory system or oxygen concentrator is pass through a narrow gap or annulus are bordered on one side by a cool stainless steel grand electrode and on the other side by a dielectric electrode surfaced with an electrical conductor.

An alternaƟng current of high voltage is connected to the dielectric electrode, producing a high voltage field across the gap which results in corona discharge. The dielectric is necessary to prevent the micro discharges from becoming ares, which would rapidly destroy the electrode surface.
