Once brewed, two batches of unfermented beer are transferred to cylindrical-conical unit tanks to ferment and mature. To preserve as much flavor as possible, we do not pasteurize our beer but instead use unique sterile filtration processes. Before being packed, our brews are filtered several times through pore filters, ensuring our beer reaches the pub in perfect condition. We will soon be starting guided tours of our microbrewery.

Prodeb can also professionally install your entire brewery as well. Installation does not stop at simply hooking up the brewery itself. On the day of your first brew, we at Prodeb will walk you through our new system to ensure its proper operation as well as answer any questions you may have. Depending on what level of installation you require from us, from "drop-in place" to simply hooking up the brewery itself, we will work closely with you to ensure that by the time we leave, you are on your way to making your next award-winning beer.

Our fermentation tanks are constructed using SS 304 or SS 316 as desired, designed as cylinder conical tanks with a cone angle between 65 and 72 degrees. These tanks are equipped with a dimple-jacketed glycol cooling system and insulated with 50–60 mm polyurethane foam. Tanks are fitted with high-quality solenoid valves that regulate tank temperature. The cooling surface includes the cone and cylinder areas. Independent cooling for cone and cylinder areas can be optionally provided. All tanks are fitted with high-quality RTD sensors for accurate temperature indication. 

 

• Tanks are pressure tested to 3.0 bar and are fitted with a safety pressure valve set at 2.5 bar. Single or dual CIP spay balls are fitted for CIP operation. The overhead crossarm extending to the side is provided with a pressure-regulating device and a sanitary air trap for releasing and regulating carbon dioxide during fermentation. Standard provisions include front or overhead manhole openings.
• In the event the fermentation tanks are used as uni-tanks for maturation and beer distribution, tanks can be fitted with beer python line outlets, carbonation inlets, and kegging outlets. Arrangements for applying counterpressure to carbon dioxide are provided in the cross-arm assembly.
• Tanks are also optionally equipped with sampling outlets and inspection glass with lights.
• Tanks are available from 200 liters to 2000 liters in the microbrewery range, and larger capacities are available for full-scale breweries.
